TODD PROFESSIONAL AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Services Provided

The App provides technical services to both consumers and businesses, including but not limited to troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electronic devices.

2. User Responsibilities

a. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when using the App. 

b. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials. 

c. You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. d. You agree not to interfere with the operation of the App or its services.

3. Service Requests

a. Users may request services through the App by providing relevant information about the technical issue. 

b. The Company will assess the service request and provide a quote or estimate for the services. 

c. Users may accept or decline the quote provided by the Company.

4. Payment

a. Payment for services is required upon completion of the service or as otherwise agreed upon. 

b. Users agree to pay the quoted amount for services rendered. 

c. The Company may use third-party payment processors to facilitate payments.

5. Intellectual Property

a. The App and its contents, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and service marks, are the property of the Company. 

b. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without prior authorization from the Company.

6. Limitation of Liability

a. The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App or its services. 

b. The Company is not responsible for any losses or damages to user devices or data resulting from service provided through the App.

7. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the App or services provided through the App.

8. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes to the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, and any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
